{"id":453,"date":"2016-08-01T20:36:07","date_gmt":"2016-08-01T20:36:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nartea.ro\/?page_id=453"},"modified":"2016-08-01T20:36:07","modified_gmt":"2016-08-01T20:36:07","slug":"reorganization","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nartea.ro\/en\/reorganization\/","title":{"rendered":"Reorganization"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Judicial reorganization and bankruptcy is a procedure set up to cover the liabilities of the debtor, in insolvency, by reorganizing the company and its work, through the liquidation of some of the estate\u2019s assets to settle liabilities or by bankruptcy.<\/p>\n<p>Judicial reorganization and bankruptcy applies to all traders \u2013 commercial companies, individuals acting individually or in family associations, cooperative organizations \u2013 who are insolvent, as well as agricultural companies, as well as any other private legal person who also carries out economic activities.<\/p>\n<p>Reorganization is done based on a plan \u2013 of activity reorganization or liquidation of some of the debtor\u2019s property\u00a0 assets \u2013 proposed by the participants, published, voted by the creditors and confirmed by the bankruptcy judge. In developing the plan and its contents are taken into account the fact that the execution plan cannot exceed a period of three years, which commences from the date of confirmation of the plan, and the principle of equal treatment of creditors who belong to the same category.
