We ensure, at customer\u2019s request, a full and detailed investigation of the property\u2019s legal regime so that the customer can assess the risks of the acquisition. We advise the client from a legal point of view during negotiations and draft or check the purchase agreement clauses.<\/p>\n<p>Our company provides complete counseling for construction projects in order to secure our client\u2019s contractual position in relation to other participants to the project.
