They may benefit from the provisions of the Scheme if, apart from the realised investment, they also meet other conditions relating to their main line of business and fulfil the eligibility criteria provided by law.<\/p>\n<p>Funds are granted for the acquisition of tangible and intangible assets, as well as for the lease of the construction related to the initial investment.<\/p>\n<p>The Scheme is valid until\u00a031 December 2020\u00a0and payments are to be made under accords in the period spanning\u00a02015 \u2013 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resolution No 807 which institutes a State Aid Scheme for the purpose of stimulating investments with major impact on the economy was published on the 30\u2013th of September in the Official Journal of Romania.
