Natural and legal persons performing public interest activities or activities in the interest of the collectivity or, as appropriate, in their private, non-patrimonial interest may form associations.

The association is formed by f three or more persons who based upon an agreement, put together without the right of refund the material contribution, their knowledge and their work contribution in order to develop activities of public, community or, as appropriate, in their own non-patrimonial interest.

The association acquires legal personality through registration in the Register of Associations and Foundations with the clerks of the court in whose jurisdiction the location is situated. The initial assets of the association is worth at least a minimum gross salary per economy and is composed of the contribution in kind and / or in liquidities of the associates.
